The world’s most prestigious historic racing championship, Masters Historic Racing, will headline next year’s TABAC Classic GP Assen. Featuring no fewer than three spectacular categories, the championship will come to TT Circuit Assen from 28 to 30 August 2026. The highlight is the Masters Racing Legends category with historic Formula 1 cars from 1966–1985! Expect iconic machines on the starting grid at Assen from legendary constructors such as McLaren, Williams, Brabham, Tyrrell, and Lotus.
In addition to races with legendary F1 cars, Masters Historic Racing brings even more action to Assen: the Masters Endurance Legends category will also be part of the TABAC Classic GP. This class features modern classics that competed at Le Mans and other endurance races between 1995 and 2016. And it doesn’t stop there—the Masters Group C category, showcasing spectacular Group C and IMSA cars from 1982–1993, will also race at TT Circuit in 2026.
