In the early 70s, having started out as a reporter / photographer in motocross, LDP starts managing Dutch motocross riders and their sponsorships. Among them Dutchmen Ton van Heugten and Frits Kiggen who, with support of the Van Heugten's family company HEUGA, became the first Dutch world champion in sidecar motocross.
