In 1998 LDP helps Imperial Tobacco make the leap from acting as a title sponsor to the Dutch TT, to supporting Arie Molenaar's Dutch world championship team sporting factory Suzukis in the 250 cc category. After Suzuki's withdrawal in 1999 the RIZLA Grand Prix Team entered Dutch rookies Maurice Bolwerk and Jarno Janssen on TSR-Honda's, but the team's finest hour comes in the year 2000 with Dutchman Jurgen van den Goorbergh showing excellent speed in the 'class of kings' racing a Honda NSR 500 V-twin.
For 2001 the team together with Jurgen is eligible for leasing the almighty Honda NSR 500 V-four machine, but lack of funds make the Dutchman move to KR Racing to ride the Proton V3 and Imperial Tobacco to leave the team all together. LDP stays on as the Dutchman's merchandise partner. In 2008 LDP returns to the team to manage the sponsorship of DeGraaf Technisch Personeel and in 2011 introduces GAMMA as a title sponsor for Dutch 125cc and Moto3 racer Jasper Iwema.
